Been Busy
Mm..I haven't updated for awhile. Oops. School started, I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 530pm. 4 classes and the work load is crazy. I'm already starting to hate finance.
Three years was a week ago so Nick and I went to have dinner in Capitola. (: It was pretty! We had to ride the cable trolley down to the restaurant so that was different. The area surrounding the restaurant was a really pretty garden and a river so the view was beautiful. We were seated, and we calamari, clam chowder, cioppino, prime chateau top sirloin steak, and crepe patisserie. We also got truffles compliments of the chef since it was out anniversary. Dinner was yummy. (: He opened the second part of his present which was three books I made full of our pictures and inside jokes. Afterwards, it was home. We haven’t finished celebrating yet. (:
I went to Adam's house a couple of weeks ago for dinner with the guys. We made curry udon, haha it was so fun. We kept messing and we didn't know how to convert the measuring since everything was in Chinese. It turned out yummy though. (:
Nick and I baked garlic fries and red velvet cupcakes from scratch the other day, and I realized that I hate cooking…I just prefer to eat. (: The garlic fries were a bit burnt but I really like it. Spicy too. (: Cupcakes were a bit dry but I really like the cream cheese frosting. Omnomnomnom.
I went to Ma'boo'hay at SJSU the other night with Nick to see Herb Diggs, Rad Reyes, Meron6, Honeyluv, Drop N Harmony, Leejay, AJ Rafael, Passion, and the love of my life, GABE BONDOC. <3 He didn't sing the song I wanted but it's okay because seeing him in person made my day. Haha. We didn’t get to do the meet and greet because I had to leave. (:
Back to studying. Midterms in a week.

Tuesday, September 1:
It is finally September! (: School is about to start. I didn't do anything all day but hung around the house.
Wednesday, September 2:
Wells Fargo interview in which I did terribly on I bet. Long ass interview too; 2.5 hours long. Nick came to pick me up and then we went to get some ice cream at Baskin Robbins.
Thursday, September 3:
I probably hung out with Nick after I picked him up from school. Santana Row I think. O_O I don't know.
Friday, September 4:
Nick's house. We went around the area running errands and whatnot. Apple turnovers at KFC! Yum!
Saturday, September 5:
Camping at Anthony Chabot with family, friends, and 4 dogs. 24 people I think. The ride there wasn't as long as the previous camping trip, thank goodness! We arrived, had the tents up, and feasted on fried rice, papaya salad, and I absolutely don't remember. Bonfire. I ate hella roasted marshmallows! [= Night was hella when I had to take care of Lucky and Chewy. -__-;; Stood outside at 4 in the morning with them because they thought it was an awesome time to go play.
Sunday, September 6:
I don't think I ate breakfast, I think I slept in. Shower and then we all went to Cull Canyon to swim but I ended up not swimming. I just watched cops confiscate all the beer, write people tickets, and a guy getting handcuffed. We left, back at camp I slept and slept. BBQ and more marshmallows. Sleep.
Monday, September 7:
Breakfast and marshmallows. Packed up, hella pictures, and it was time to head home. Unpacked, laundry, hella laundry, shower, and sleep.
Tuesday, September 8:
I went to pick up Nick from SJSU and we just went to grab some food at Barcode and then went to the toy section at Target. Home. Shows. Gift.
Wednesday, September 9:
9.9.09! Crazy. I gave the dogs a bath, and then went to pick up Nick at the lightrail station. We just came back to my house, ate some paste and watched Wipeout before I took him home.

I don't remember anything.
Friday, September 11:
Errands. Chores. Nick's house. We watched Defiance and then went to Michaels. We went to Pepperlunch for dinner. They're finally open for us for once! (: Park.

Monday, August 24:
I went to pick up Nick from SJSU and then we went back to his house. His cousin's house and then we drive his cousin, Cindy, around for her errands. The three of us then went out for dinner at Gombei.
Tuesday, August 25:
35 months! I went to hang out with Nick during his 4 hour gap. We had lunch at Iguana's went to Beat the Bookstore for a bit, and then sat around at Phil'z Coffee. We met up with Henry and then the three of us took Dash and went to Hannah's for cupcakes. (: Yummy! Back to SJSU, Nick went to class and I went to MLK to figure out my hectic schedule for schedule so that I can fit in enough time to work somewhere once I find a job. Hopefully I can get a bank job and have them pay for part of my tuition. (: After Nick got out, we took the long lightrail ride to his place and then we went out for ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. Home. I then found lillies at my door after Nick called me and told me to go outside. (: <3 boyfriend.

I went to pick up Nick for SJSU and I don't remember what we did at all.

Errands and chores.
Friday, August 28:Nick came over and we had lunch at my house. Valleyfair for Nick to do some shopping and then Santana Row for him to do more shopping. Oakridge and talked to Danny and Bryan for a bit at Borders. I miss Borders. ): Dinner at Loving Hut. The place isn't that bad. We went to Safeway to buy some snacks for the next day.
Saturday, August 29:
Nick and I were supposed to go to Vallecito to zipline and cave tour at Moaning Cavern but Quynh Nhu and Darren cancelled so Nick and I decided to save the trip for another day with a bigger group. Instead Nick and I went hiking. I first went to his house, picked him up, we ate at Lee's and then we were off to Big Basin. We chose to go on the 11 mile hike to see the Berry Creek Falls, Silver Falls and two other falls. At first it was alright till we started going uphill. It was terrible, the forest was pretty and the weather was just perfect but the hike was O_O. We sweated like crazy. Haha. We ended up running out of water so we met David, Lauren and some other guy who were backpacking and they gave us some iodine tablets for us to iodize the water that we got from the water fall. The scenery was pretty! (: It was worth it. Waterfalls and ferns and such. After hanging out around all the waterfalls we saw and climbing on fallen trees, we then hiked the last half of the trail. I was dead tired but we finally made it to the end! (: It was awesome. We bought some snacks and then headed home where we saw a crazy accident on the 17. Home.

Adventures of Summer
Sunday, August 9:
I've been craving some custard tarts from Golden Gate Bakery in Chinatown up in San Francisco lately so Daddy suggested taking a trip up to the city. It was me, Daddy and Mommy. We first went to Fisherman's Wharf to eat Clam Chowder and whatnot. While we were eating we saw a rush of people running after a Muni Bus which stopped right in front us for them. The crowd told the driver that he had knocked over a guy who fell from his wheelchair down the block. The bus was emptied and cops came, and awhile after firefighters and an ambulance. As my parents and I were walking back to our car, we passed the old man in the wheelchair who was hit by the bus. It was heartbreaking; his left leg was crushed and all you can hear was him screaming in pain while the paramedics were trying to handle situation. It was scary; I have never seen anything like this in real life. Afterwards, we went to Chinatown to go to the bakery. Once we got there, the bakery was closed due to a vacation. FAIL. Union Square for Mommy to go shopping while I went to get ice cream with my Daddy. (: Home. I took Chewy and headed over to Nick's house, we took Chewy and Max to the dog park and made some new friends. (:
Monday, August 10:
Valdes to pick up my paycheck. FUCKERS I WANT MY TUTORING MONEY! Deposited whatever I got and then home for chores and errands. Awhile later Nick came over and did whatever and had lunch at The Fish Market.
Tuesday, August 11:
In the morning I took Lucky to his appointment to check out his eye infection and whatnot. Home. I did whatever and then it was time for a family get together at Yummy Buffet. I love my little cousins, they're so adorable. Around 11, I went over to Nick's house and we headed up Mt. Hamilton to watch the meteor shower. It was so pretty! (: I saw about 14-15.
Wednesday, August 12:
Nick's house. We went to Valleyfair buy a bath bomb and then to Santana Row to shop around. Home.
Thursday, August 13:
Chores. Nick came over and we went to Valleyfair to get me my LV bag. :D Happy. We went to shop around and then it was back to my house to nap. We probably went to grab some food somewhere but I just don't remember. (:
Friday, August 14:
Nick and I went up to San Francisco for an early three year anniversary trip. We went to Chinatown for a bit then checked into room at Hotel Palomar. Union Square and some shopping. Back to the hotel, shower, got ready, and then off we went to have dinner at Farallon. Awesome place, I loved it. Lobster was good and so were the desserts. (: After dinner, we went to change clothes and then went walking around Union Square and bought a bunch of snacks at Walgreens. Hotel. Hot tub, lightsaber duels, eating, and late night talk shows. <3 boyfriend.
Saturday, August 15:
It was the last day of our little short trip. We got ready and headed out to have breakfast at Eppler's. We then checked out of our hotel and headed over to the Exploratorium. I love it, it was so much fun. I loved the Reflections Exhibit. It was finally our reservation time for the Tactile Dome. It was scary and fun at the same time. We went around the dome twice and browsed around. Afterwards, we went to take pictures around the Palace of Fine Arts. So pretty. We then headed back home, Nick dropped me off at the Bart Station in Fremont for me to head up to Berkeley to stay a day with Tien. Once I got up to Berkeley we went to have dinner at Trattoria la Siciliana. Good place, I love. Crab and Lobster. (: After dinner we went to stay in a hella long for ice cream at Ici. <3 Coffee Cinnamon Almond Ice Cream. We went back to her apartment to watch I love you Man, talked, and then sleep.
Sunday, August 16:
Tien and I planned to wake up early to go hiking but I didn't have my shoes with me so we went back to sleep till like 12 or 1. Haha. We got ready and then went out for burgers at some place I forgot, Barney's? I don’t remember. We went to get cupcakes at Love at First Bite and then headed back to her place to catch up, then Bart and home for me. (:
Monday, August 17:
Nick's house, and then we went to Urban Outfitters to return some stuff and whatnots. That's all I remember.
Tuesday, August 18:
I took Kenneth to pick up his schedule at Oak Grove, and then ran some errands.
Wednesday, August 19:
I went with Kenneth to get his schedule change. Mr. Berg is an asshole as always, nothing has changed. After that I took Kenneth to EVC to get his transcript. Home, I took Lucky to his appointment to get a check up on his eyes. He's all better. (: Home, Nick came to pick me up and we headed over to Jenny's house to pick up some cookies. We hung around for awhile and played with her dog, Lucky. He's so cute. We left and went to grab some slurpees, my house and watched Pearl Harbor.
Thursday, August 20:
I went to Nick's house and we went to SJSU for the Welcome Convocation. Breakfast, Speech from SJSU's President, and then it was time to get into group and get to know people. Mmm..we played the Cell Phone Scavenger Hunt, it was lame so I went to hang out with Adam and Kevin. Nick came and all of us went to grab some sandwiches at Freshly Baked Eatery. Kevin and Adam left, so Nick and I went to find his books. We then went back to his house and napped.
Friday, August 21:
Nick came over and we left to Lover's Point Beach. (: We first went to eat at Vivolo's Chowder House. I had the Calamari and Clam Linguini while Nick had the Fisherman's Platter which was a plate filled with a bunch of seafood like fish, shrimp, squid, scallops, and calamari. YUMMY! Finally the beach, it was so pretty! We climbed down the rocks to get to the water and whatnot. We ended up climbing to the other side of the beach. Haha. We saw some small crabs and such. The water was so clear and blue. After staying there for 2-3 hours we left to Dennis the Menace Park. AWESOME PARK. They had a train we could go on, a maze, a sun step thing, a tube slide, and all this other stuff that normal parks usually wouldn't have. Haha. Skate park too with a lake and paddle boats. We played around there for a bit and then headed home.
Saturday, August 22:
Sore as fuck from the beach with all that climbing. Mmm..I just went to Baskin Robbins with Kelvin to get a couple tubs of ice cream and then ran some errands. Home all day doing random stuff. :]

I Want My Version of Perfection
Sunday, August 2:
In the afternoon, my brother, Kelvin, and I went to Logitech Ice and met up with Nick and some of our students from Valdes for ice skating. It was fun. It took me awhile to remember how to ice skate again. Skate Skate Eat Eat. Skate Skate…then I fell flat on my face and made a 360 on the ice resulting with a fat ass bruise on my knee. AWESOME. I stopped skating after that and returned the skates. ): Home. Family dinner at Macaroni Grill since Nhan is leaving to Irvine. Drawing on the table, endless servings of bread, and storytelling. I love family dinners.
Monday, August 3:
Nothing much till later in the day. My brothers and I went to meet up with our cousins, Anh Hieu, Chi Nhu, Nhan, and An. And Nick at The Boiling Crab. An hour long wait, so during that time we played Cranium. (: Time to eat. It was my first time eating crawfish, and it's fucking delicious! (: I loved everything. Hella messy though. :\ Home.
Tuesday, August 4:
Nothing but staying home doing chores or running errands.
Wednesday, August 5:
Nick's house. We went to Santa Clara for me to get some stuff figured out and then it was back to his house, switch cars, and then we were on our way to Sushi 85 in Mountain View. Sushi buffet! The deal wasn't worth it though. The Spider Roll was awesome nonetheless. His house, nap and then home. Later in the evening Nick, and his little brother Branden came over with Max. We took Max and Chewy to the dog park in Almaden. So many dogs, they're so adorable. We stayed there for an hour or so letting the dogs make friends and run around. Home.
Thursday, August 6:
Nick came over and we went to Almaden Lake Park. We ran and played around like little kids. Paddle boating was so fun but hella tiring. Paddling backwards was much easier. Haha. Paddling against the current sucked. ): After paddle boating we played on the jungle gym. (: Home.
Friday, August 7:
Valdes to sign some paperwork in order for us to get our paychecks on Monday. Home. Errands. Nick's house and went to eat at Fresh Choice, errands, and then back to Great Mall to watch G.I. Joe. It was alright. A movie to be rented and watched at home type movie. Channing Tatum. <3 After the movies we just had dinner at Thanh Duoc and then home.
Saturday, August 8:
